Box Styles Available
Straight tuck-end boxes
These boxes are a common choice for packs of 4, 8, or 16 crayons. Both the top and bottom flaps fold into the same side. This creates a neat, flat look on each end. This box style is easy to put together on a fast assembly line. It is a good option for budget school items or premium gift sets.
Reverse tuck-end boxes
Tuck the top flap from the front and the bottom flap from the back. This creates a tight seal. It prevents the box from suddenly opening during a trip. This style is best for sets with 24 or 48 items. The extra weight from those products needs a strong base.
Slide drawer boxes
This style consists of an outer sleeve and an inner tray that pulls out horizontally to reveal the crayons in a full, organized display. This format is the right structure for premium Crayola custom crayon box-style sets, gift collections, and branded art kits where the unboxing experience is part of the product''s value.
Window die-cut boxes
This style features a clear PET window panel on the front face that lets the customer see the actual crayon colors inside the box before purchase. This feature directly addresses the most common reason parents and teachers pick one crayon box over another in a retail environment.
Two-piece lid and base boxes
These boxes have a firm shape for high-quality gift sets. A separate lid lifts off the base. Inside, a tray keeps the items in order. You can choose a tray with individual spots or a soft cloth insert.
Hanger tab boxes
We can add a hole at the top of the box. This lets you hang the crayons on a hook or place them on a flat shelf.
