Order Cancellation Policy
Orders placed with myboxprinter.com move through following stages.
Stage 1- Order is received and confirmation sent to client
Stage 2- Design setup done and job sent for Pre-press
Stage 3- Order is in the middle of production process
Stage 4- Order Produced and is ready for shipping
If Customer Request to cancel order at stage 1, No cancellation charges will be charged. If customer wants to cancel order when it is in 2nd stage, 20% of the total order amout will be charged as cancellation fee to cover design and pre-press charges. In case client wants to cancel Order when it is in 3rd Stage, 60% of the total order amount will be charged as cancellation fee to cover production charges. An order cannot be cancelled in stage 4.
All orders placed with myboxprinter.com are customized and are produced according to the customer requirements. Due to the customized nature of the orders, refunds are not available on customer orders. If you believe your order is defective, you must contact us immediatly. If we verify the error is at our end, we will reprint order Free of cost. Customer must return the received product within 7 days in order to get free replacement. Returns will not be accepted if products have been used.
Deadlines & Delayed Orders
MyBoxPrinter.com in no way is responsible for the damages those may occur due to the delayed delivery of the orders. We will try our best to meet customer timelines but in case of delay in the delivery of the order, the maximum amount that we are liable to should not in any case exceed the total order amount of the packaging ordered with us. If your orders are very time sensitive, we will NOT guarantee 100% timely delivery as orders can be delayed due to any reason during production of shipping process.
We print almost all of the orders in-house at our factory but some orders may get routed to our affiliated printers in United States, Malaysia and South Asia. Order routing purely depends on the specifications of the job and the timing of the jobs. We usually intimate customers of the job routing but sometimes job routing is done at the last moment due to print queue load and in that case customer many not get any notification of the job routing to affiliate printers.
