Welcome to our website. Please find below our return policy for packaging orders. Our customers are the most valuable assets and we are fully committed to give top quality services to our clients. If you placed an order with us, you don’t need to worry about the quality of the products. If there is any issue with the product you received, we will promptly correct that and send you replacements right away. You can return the defective order at no extra cost to you.

We value our customers and are always ready to help our customers in case the product is defective. We accept returns for items those are not used and are defective. If you find out, there is a defect in the product you received, you may notify us and we will gladly accept the return and will replace the items promptly.

We accept returns for items those are not used. If you received a product and if its damaged then you must return the product without using it. If you have used even partial quantity of the order then we won't be able to accept the return.

Our return window for a defective item is 30 days. For any item, that is not used and is defected, you may return that within 30 days of receiving the delivery. You may notify us using email, by phone or by online web form.

You may return your order by mail, by FedEx or UPS. You can request a return label for the shipment and we will send you return label or can arrange a pickup from your location.

There is no return fee for defective orders. You can simply request a return label and we will send you return label to have it shipped back to us at no extra cost to you.

We don't charge restocking fee for returned orders to our customers.
