We usually send all requested samples the same day. But if a sample request is received after 5:00 pm CST then it will leave the next day. We ship samples using USPS and it usually takes 4 to 5 working days for the delivery of the samples using regular USPS mail service. If for some reason, you did not receive our samples within 4 to 5 working days of submiting the samples request, please email us at support@myboxprinter.com and we will get back to you right away!
